Amazing Realtor We recently purchased and sold our home through Serge Papineau of Real Compass Realty. Thanks to his professionalism and smart strategies, we successfully closed the deal for our condo, below asking price, under 4 hours and successfully sold our home on the 2nd day it was on the market! I’ve purchased and sold a few homes in my lifetime, but Serge went above and beyond any agent I’ve ever dealt with in the past! His knowledge of the market, no pressure strategies, services and devotion to his clients are by far beyond compare. When it came to selling our house, everything went smoothly. He took care of every little detail to ensure our house would fetch a respectable price when it would go on the market. He sent a photographer to take summer pictures of the gardens seeing the house wouldn’t be on the market until the Fall, had an excellent stager come in to pinpoint what we had to do in order to make the house more appealing to potential buyers as well as staging the house, sent an inspector to do a house inspection that would be on file for reference, made a promotional video of the house highlighting its strong points and the community we lived in, sent in a cleaning crew the day before the house hit the market easing our stress of getting everything perfect for potential showings, even recommended a very thorough lawyer who took care of the purchase and the future sale of our property. All of these free services that he includes to his clients have made the sales of our house so pleasant. The best part of all, thanks to the quality of the services he offers, our house sold WAY over the asking price! I would not hesitate to recommend Serge Papineau to any potential buyers or sellers. Serge was available whenever we needed him (on weekends, in the evenings and on long weekends) with absolutely no issue at all. Despite our fussiness, Serge remained patient with us throughout, and that was so very much appreciated. Serge gave us the impression that what was important to us was also very important to him... at the end of the day it was evident that Serge simply wanted us to be happy in our new home. Serge even generously gave us a beautiful housewarming package, which was a most wonderful gesture. Serge also recommended a real estate lawyer; the sale and paperwork was explained to us in layman's terms, it was easy to understand, and the closing was seamless. We are absolutely convinced the purchase was made easy by Serge's passion for his work, but more so, and most importantly, his passion for his clients, making sure that they absolutely love the place they are investing in. If we could rate Serge on a scale of 1-10, he would get top marks every single time. In summary, we could not have done it without Serge in our corner, we would recommend him without question. A real estate agent that i dont regret at all working together. Serge Papineau from Real Compass helped me from the very beginning to the end in my project while i was still abroad. It was a long and difficult process and Serge had worked hard to simplify and shorten the process while all the other real estate agents I have contacted prefered to devote time to ready-made and easy tasks. Serge Papineau does it again! After selling a previous home for us in the south of the city in one weekend!!, we did not hesitate in calling him up again a few years later for his help in upgrading our condo.
