Serge was available whenever we needed him (on weekends, in the evenings, and on long weekends) with absolutely no issue at all. Despite our fussiness, Serge remained patient with us throughout, and that was so very much appreciated. Serge gave us the impression that what was important to us was also very important to him at the end of the day, it was evident that Serge simply wanted us to be happy in our new home. Serge even generously gave us a beautiful housewarming package, which was a wonderful gesture. Serge also recommended a real estate lawyer; the sale and paperwork were explained to us in layman's terms, it was easy to understand, and the closing was seamless. We are convinced the purchase was made easy by Serge's passion for his work, but more so, most importantly, his passion for his clients, making sure that they love the place they are investing in. If we could rate Serge on a scale of 1-10, he would get top marks every single time. In summary, we could not have done it without Serge in our corner, we would recommend him without question. We were also worried about keeping the house clean for open houses with a toddler in the equation. Lucky for us, we had Serge on our side.
